Camilla Uddgren
International Inspirational & Motivational Speaker, Author
& Life Coach

I am a passionate speaker & educator with 20+ years (since 1997) of experience worldwide. I love my audience, whether it is a small group of 6 people or 1000 people in the audience. We have all something beautiful to share. Philosophy and it's answers to "meaning of life" is my passion as well as sharing my life experiences. I do not like methods nor "5 steps to become a happier person" packages. Instead, I like the deep conversations, laughing together and a lovely open and joyful discussion on how we become more authentic, more empathetic and more reflective human beings in relation to the Other. Here, I use my own life, my experiences working with people and my knowledge to create an open atmosphere to enhance insights, build knowledge, let people cry and laugh together.

As a coach and couples councellor, I work primarily with philosophy and psychology combined. Modern life needs more meaning, a deeper fulfillment and ears that truly listen.

Inspirational talks with music

When I was 16 I became ill in two chronically and serious rheumatical diseases and I soon ended up in a wheelchair. Not until I had lost everything, I gave up. And when I gave up, I finally hit the bottom. As you hit the bottom, you find another kind of strength, the strength that comes from within. This strength has got nothing to do with achievement or power, it is instead pure and innocent, true and authentic and it only lets you win when you work with your body and in line with your life purpose. This path takes time and it demands that you listen to your inner voice, every step on the way and that you are courageous enough to be yourself. But even though the path is never easy, you become free, more authentic, more harmonious and definitely more joyful as you stop taking life so serious. This talk is often arranged as a combination of show and talk in collaboration with musician Daniel Andersson (Senior Lecturer in Religious Stuidies at University of Gothenburg). Tap dance may be included.
